We want you to love your Cactus Vine purchase. Because many of our products are handmade and created from reclaimed materials, slight variations, imperfections, and differences between pieces are part of their unique character and are not considered defects.
Return requests are accepted within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unburned, unworn, and in their original condition and packaging.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and we recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected.
